<description>If we do end up with those monster turbines on our highest ridges in NC, will the rapture center be prepared to handle all of the injured birds? Appalachian State and Appalachian Voices support the killing of birds by wind turbines. Please share this video. It is my sincere hope that the Mountain Ridge Protection Act will remain strong, and the highest ridges will be protected from wind plants.
I am thrilled that a federal judge is stopping some wind plants in WV and possibly VA as they have to get a federal take permit as they will be killing endangered Indiana Bats.
Please watch the 6 min. video to see the rescue. It is hoped that this bird will fly again in about 6 more months. The rapture center will have many patients just like this beautiful creature that loves to soar with hang gliders, and is attracted to the warm updraft around the wind turbines.

How could anyone support this slaughter for nothing....commercial wind plants are a scam and a waste of tax payer funds.
