Tom at Timescapes is an outdoor cinematographer that shoots magnificent timelapse videos using a custom-designed motion control rig for nice and smooth dolly sequences. Here’s his latest video from California’s White Mountains and Yosemite, shot with a Canon 5D2.

This is a short video from our recent adventure to see the Fireflies in Elkmont. Our half-day trip included Lake Junaluska, The Soco Tower in Maggie Valley, and into The Great Smoky Mountains. Unfortunately it was too dark to capture the phenomena on video. We hope this inspires you to go out and play. Create your own intermission.
